2. Appointments, Bookings & Retention Policy

To preserve our commitment to dedicated individual care and precision timing, all services are strictly offered on an appointment-only basis.

• Booking Fees: Appointments must be secured using our official booking channels. A non-refundable commitment deposit may be required at the time of booking to reserve your luxury slot, which will be fully applied toward the final cost of your treatment.
• Client Consultations: Prior to your first service or when changing installation types, our certified team will conduct a professional consultation to evaluate hair texture, nail health, or ocular compatibility. We reserve the professional right to advise modifications to requested treatments to protect your natural features and ensure optimal durability under local climate conditions.

3. Punctuality, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respect your time and curate a calm, unhurried space for every client. To maintain this environment, strict scheduling policies apply:

Our techniques are explicitly engineered and updated for Nigerian and international climates. However, optimal preservation of nail extensions, lash adhesive bonds, and lace hair installations heavily relies on the client’s strict adherence to our provided professional aftercare protocols.

4. Health, Safety & Hygiene Protocols

Your health and systemic safety are paramount at Sonialuxebeauty. We enforce industry-leading sanitary guidelines:

• Sanitization: All metal implements, professional drills, and lash utensils undergo strict clinical-grade sterilization between clients. Consumable items are entirely single-use and disposed of immediately.
• Pre-existing Conditions: Clients are legally required to disclose any known allergies, chemical sensitivities, eye conditions, open wounds, or advanced nail/scalp pathologies prior to service execution. If a certified technician determines that a requested procedure poses an infection or damage risk to your natural anatomy, the service will be deferred until medical clearance is obtained.

5. Guarantees, Adjustments & Refund Policy

At Sonialuxebeauty, craftsmanship meets care. We aim to deliver beautiful, enduring results that make you feel confident and renewed.

Due to the direct labor, bespoke nature, and customized application of luxury beauty treatments, all services rendered are strictly non-refundable.

However, we stand firmly behind the superior quality of our work. If you experience an exceptional structural failure—such as premature lash shedding or nail lifting—within seventy-two (72) hours of your appointment, you must contact the studio immediately. If the issue is determined to be an application anomaly, we will provide a complimentary correction session to fix the specific issue. Corrections requested outside of this 72-hour window will be treated as standard maintenance or infill appointments and billed at routine rates.

6. Hair/Wig Installations & Client Property

For custom hair, weavon, or wig installations, the client may provide premium raw hair extensions or purchase items directly from our recommended luxury inventory.

We require all client-provided lace pieces and wigs to be delivered to the studio at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the installation appointment to facilitate professional cleaning, plucking, bleaching, and customized tinting. We do not assume liability for structural damage caused by low-grade, third-party hair extensions provided by the client that fail under standard heat-styling or climate-adapted adhesive applications.

7. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal

Our studio is a peaceful sanctuary built on deep mutual respect, professionalism, and exquisite customer care.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, discriminatory, inappropriate, or abusive behavior toward our staff, certified technicians, or other guests. Sonialuxebeauty reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any individual, terminate ongoing appointments mid-service, and permanently ban any client who breaches this code of conduct.

8. Content Capture & Marketing Media

We take pride in our precision transformations. From time to time, we may request to take close-up photographs or short video recordings of completed nail art, lash extensions, or hair installations for placement on our digital portfolio, social channels, or official website.

Your explicit verbal or written consent will always be verified before any media capture. You retain the right to decline media participation without any prejudice to your service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Nigerian law, Sonialuxebeauty, its founder, certified technicians, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal adverse skin or physiological reactions to premium adhesives, tints, or styling products, unless caused directly by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the studio.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all related transactions are governed strictly by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Capital Territory and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
